Notice Description

This service specification is for lead and delivery or our Thrive into Work programme, which consists of a core team within WMCA and delivery partners within the NHS and place-based teams. The service Provider will be accountable to the Head of Health and Communities at the WMCA, who will serve as Programme Senior Responsibility Officer (SRO). The Thrive into Work programme is accountable to the WMCA Wellbeing Board. The service should include provision of leadership in ensuring the continued success of the programme, building on the delivery of the academic Randomised Control Trial. The delivery includes management of the next phase of mobilisation and delivery against the targets as set out within the Grant Agreement. The service provider will take a lead role in the management of relationships with DWP, DH and NHS England, develop firm partnerships across health services and with constituent Local Authorities.
