Notice Description

Community Health Partnerships (CHP) are looking to procure suppliers to carry out Cleaning Services for the CHP properties across England. The overall tender value is sum of all individual lots value. Overall tender value will be much higher than the published amount. Individual lots value is estimated to range from PS100,000 onwards. There may be some exceptions where value is much higher (PS1,000,000+) and some lots with value much lower than this amount. This tender will be divided into Lots. Each lot will represent one or more Local Improvement Finance Trusts (LIFTCo) held properties. These lots may contain up to seventeen (17) sites. Further details of the make -up of each Lot, time tables, requirements, instructions etcetera, can be found in the tender documents. All queries and questions must be asked via the ProContract procurement portal (the Portal), no other medium will be accepted. Will consist of, but not limited to, providing the following services to the internal areas and some external areas of CHP properties: - Cleaning of clinical areas, - Cleaning of clinical equipment, - Cleaning of non-clinical areas, - Cleaning of common parts including atria, - Supply cleaning consumables, - Supplying and replenishing washroom consumables, - Managing the collection of waste through buildings and transport to waste compounds, - Ad hoc cleaning, - Litter picking, - Other general cleaning duties. CHP Expectations CHP sees high quality Soft FM services as vitally important for our tenants, staff, patients and other visitors. Our intention is to provide safe, compliant services that represent value for money to our tenants. Lots This procurement will be divided into lots. These lots are spread accross England. The top six (6) scores per lot will determine the bidders who are invited to the Invitation To Tender stage per lot. In the event that two (2) or more bidders score equal marks, they will be placed jointly. CHP is holding bidders' day events across several locations in England starting from 20th November 2017 till 1st December 2017. The timing of these events is from 10.30am till 2.00pm. Please see below the detail of the opportunity.CHP (Community Health Partnerships) is a limited company, wholly owned by the Department of Health and is responsible for over 300 modern buildings throughout England, including GP Surgeries, Health Centres and Community Hospitals. Over the coming months CHP will be engaging with local businesses to set up contracts to provide cleaning, security, window cleaning and grounds & gardens maintenance services for these buildings. To assist small and medium enterprises in identifying which contracts they would like to bid for, the buildings have been grouped into Lots on a local geographical basis. The number of buildings per lot ranges from 2 to 17. With over 40 Lots for each Contract there may be many opportunities open to you.
