Notice Description

Sheffield Clinical Commissioning Group is looking to scope possible services across South Yorkshire who could provide respite provision for children with complex neurological conditions. The future provision of service(s) offered to families in Sheffield is anticipated to include planned overnight, evening, or daytime respite in the child's home or commissioned bed-based facility. The service should be offered to Sheffield children and young people from ages 0-18 years with complex health needs that meet agreed assessment thresholds. The service will continue to be available to 18 and 19 year olds that are in special school education. Additional information: NHS Sheffield CCG would like potential providers to submit a written overview of the services they can provide which meet the minimum objectives outlined in the attached document. Please submit your response via the Bravo eTendering portal: www.nhssourcing.co.uk Closing date for response via this portal is: 21st June 2017 at 12:00 noon
