Great Yarmouth Borough Council (GYBC) is seeking proposals from suitably experienced governance consultants interested in reviewing and developing a strategy for the long-term governance arrangements for the Winter Gardens Project and the development of the National Lottery Heritage Fund (NHLF) Development Phase and Delivery Application and then subject to confirmation of funding and project scope, support the Delivery Phase. Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
