Notice Description
1.2. Royal Greenwich invites tenders from suitable contractors to replace the heating, hot water and cold water services on the Ernest Dence Estate SE10 9NU. This tender is being run on the Proactis E-Tendering portal, to access the tender documentation and full description of the works are provided in the link below: https:// procontract.due-north.com/Opportunities/Index?resetFilter=True&applyFilter=True&p=2241eb95-058ae511-80f7-000c29c9ba21&v=1. The contract period is for a period of 4 months. The deadline for question and answers is Tuesday 12th January 2021 at 5pm. Please note all correspondence is to go through the Proactis E-Tendering portal. Additional information: Full details relating to the Works are provided in the tender documents. To participate, Suppliers will need to register as a Supplier with ProContract before obtaining access to the tender documents. https://procontract.due-north.com/Opportunities/Index?resetFilter=True&applyFilter=True&p=2241eb95-058a-e511-80f7-000c29c9ba21&v=1 In the event of difficulties registering as a supplier, please refer to the System Administrator Proactis support team ProContractSuppliers@proactis.com Tender Responses are required to be submitted no later than 12:00pm on the 22nd January 2021, UK Local time via ProContract tender portal. If you require any clarifications on the tender documents, please submit these in writing via Messaging in ProContract tender portal, including the project reference and title clearly in the Subject title, by 17:00pm on the 12th January 2021 UK Local time. The Councils responses to these clarification questions will be issued periodically via Messaging in ProContract tender portal. Please note that this project has been advertised on Contracts Finder/ other web portals, however, supplying the ProContract tender portal is the only portal that includes all the relevant documents required to respond to this opportunity, bearing Project Id: DN516583. No Tender submissions will be considered without completing the tender documents in full including attachments and returning them in alignment with the instructions within the tender documents.
