Modification Notice Original description: The Contract will be awarded to the Bidder who provides the best price/quality ratio. The Selection Criteria must be met in order to be considered. Full procurement information can be found with the documents (see Document 3 - Tendering Process Description of the modifications Modification to the winning bidder due to the 1st placed contractor withdrawing. Description of the circumstances which rendered the modification necessary and explanation of the unforeseen nature of these circumstances: The contractor who was awarded this work and placed 1st place had to withdraw. Tersus were placed in 2nd position, providing the best/quality score in relation to the other bidders.
