Notice Description
ROADS Commissioning 2017 - Provider Information Event: Dear provider We will be inviting tenders for the new ROADS substance misuse treatment services in July subject to Health & Wellbeing Board approval. This information event is for providers of substance misuse treatment services who are interested in providing services to Bristol City Council as part of the Recovery Orientated Alcohol and Drugs Service (ROADS). The event will cover a shared discussion on the following: * The commissioning strategy and our purchasing intentions * ProContract e-tender system explained * Essential criteria e.g. financial evaluation, safeguarding, health and safety, information security Background Through consultation with stakeholders we have developed a Substance Misuse Commissioning Strategy which outlines a new model of substance misuse provision, including a rehab framework agreement and sub-regional families and carers service The commissioning strategy and additional documents including the presentation from this event will be published here: https://www.bristol.gov.uk/social-care-health/substance-misuse-treatment-services-tender Each organisation is limited to one participant due to limited capacity.
