Flu Vaccination Vouchers
Notice Description
The Ministry of Justice works to protect the public and reduce reoffending, and to provide a more effective, transparent, and responsive criminal justice system for victims and the public. The Ministry of Justice has responsibility for different parts of the justice system - including the courts, prisons, probation services and attendance centres. We work in partnership with the other government departments and agencies to reform the criminal justice system, to serve the public and support the victims of crime. MoJ are looking for a supplier specialising in corporate flu voucher schemes with access to a large range of pharmacies across the UK, including major high street retailers and independent pharmacies. We anticipate 1500 employees to use this service a year however volumes are not guaranteed. This is a new requirement for MoJ and we are interested in understanding the market for this and require the following questions to be answered and sent to MoJProcurementPersonnel@Justice.gov.uk. 1. Please give a description of the geographical spread of your flu vouchers in terms of participating retail outlets that will accept them in exchange for a vaccination. Please include the names of any high street retailers/pharmacies you are contracted to, along with the size of your independent network of outlets which MoJ staff could use. 2. Please provide a brief description of the customer journey i.e. from placing orders, identifying participating outlets, receiving the vaccine and finally the billing arrangements for MoJ. i.e How does your voucher scheme work?
