KMPT Occupational Health Services

Notice Description

Kent and Medway NHS and Social Care Partnership Trust is inviting tenders for the provision of Occupational Health Services to support the health and wellbeing of its staff. KMPT is a large Mental Health NHS Trust that employs approximately 3,600 staff from a wide range of professions, and operates from over 260 sites across the whole of Kent and Medway. KMPT provides a full range of mental health services to 1.8 million people across Kent and Medway. The Trust's boundaries are shared with our social care partners in Kent County Council and Medway Council. In addition, KMPT operate a county-wide forensic psychiatry service. The contract value per annum is estimated to be between PS170k and PS200k. The Commencement Date for the delivery of the services is scheduled to be on 01 June 2024 at 00:00 hours. The Contract will be awarded for a period of an initial 3 years until midnight of the 31 May 2027, with an option to extend for a period or periods up to maximum of two (2) years), subject to performance and the absolute discretion of the Trust. The duration of the Contract shall be no longer than five (5) years in total. The Trust is seeking to contract with an organisation that will manage the Services to the highest levels of satisfaction, professional standards and cost effectiveness. The Supplier will be expected to deliver improvements to service delivery and value for money over the life of the contract. The Trust is procuring this contract following the Open Procedure under the UK Public Contract Regulations 2015 and the Trust's Standing Financial Instructions. The Trust will be awarding one Contract for the provision of all services detailed in the Specification. The advertised contract value range is an estimation based on the entire contract term, including optional extensions.
