Maintenance, additional licensing, and consultancy / technical support Pricing: Suppliers must provide firm pricing for the following; Software Maintenance Renewal: Suppliers must provide maintenance costs options for renewing existing Ivanti/HEAT Service Management licensing from 15th August 2019 to 14th July 2020, in respect of the following holdings; - 10 x HTPCF0004 Ivanti Service Management Concurrent (P) Maintenance licences - 30 x HTPCF0003 Ivanti Service Management Named (P) Maintenance - 10 x HTPCF0015 Ivanti Service Management Named 2015 (P) Maintenance. Additional licensing: Suppliers must provide indicative costs for potential additional licensing for Ivanti / HEAT, over the contract, for up to; 10 x Named licenses 20 x Concurrent licenses
