Notice Description
The Big Lottery Fund is seeking to engage expert support over a 12 month period to develop and test a shared framework to support the monitoring, evaluation and learning of its international funding. Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
