Sandwell MBC are currently seeking a supplier to appoint a suitably qualified firm of surveyors to advise upon the modification of a covenant appertaining to a retail site in Oldbury, West Midlands and, where a premium is considered payable, negotiate and agree the figure on behalf of the Council. If you are interested in quoting for this work, please register/log in to the Intend Supplier portal to download the full documentation and submit your quote, https://in-tendhost.co.uk/sandwellmbc . The closing date for all submissions is 11th May 2018 no later than 17.00hrs. Additional information: The Quotation Document(s) will be made available to suppliers who Express Interest on the Sandwell Metropolitan Borough Council Tendering Portal.
