***Modification of the Contract*** Contract Variation DDaT20110 001 - The contract has been extended to the 30th April 2021 which has brought the total Contract value to PS59,400.00 excluding VAT. The option to extend the contract was permitted under the Framework terms. ***Please note this is an award notice, not a call for competition*** This requirement has been sourced via a DOS 4 tender process for the Office of the Pubs Code Adjudicator (PCA). The requirement is for the provision of a team to assist with the discovery phase research for the Agile Discovery Phase. This requirement attracted an initial 70 bids from suppliers and 3 suppliers were carried forward into the shortlisting phase. Hive IT Limited were awarded the contract based on the criteria of Price, technical competence and Cultural Fit.
