Brief Description of Requirement The study would be a review of the drivers, the barriers and the benefits associated with international collaboration in research and innovation and it is intended to inform the Government's approach to international engagement in research and innovation. The aims of this study are to: * Identify the main barriers, drivers and benefits associated with international collaboration; * Analyse the relationships and interdependencies between drivers, barriers and benefits; * Understand how the drivers, barriers and benefits of international engagement in research and innovation have evolved in response to the shifting landscape; and * Identify the most appropriate types, modes and level of intervention. This study will seek evidence on how views of the barriers, drivers and benefits associated with international collaboration vary according to the types of organisation, including: businesses, universities, academics and research and technology transfer organisations and intermediaries. All attachments can be found with the RFx attachments tab within the Emptoris System. This contract will be awarded based on the evaluation criteria set out in the ITQ document.
