The Estates Department is looking to outsource the site wide inspection, maintenance and verification of its Critical Ventilation Systems to HTM03-01.There are 5 UCV canopies, 14 Theatres and approximately 20 other critical systems. The systems are of varying ages and will need to be assessed with their installation design and performance against the HTM in place at the time of their installation Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
