Homes England wish to appoint a contractor to undertake the construction of a short length of new highway, with associated drainage and services for the proposed development at Meadowfield, County Durham. The major elements of the works will comprise of the following: * Extension of an existing road that terminates short of the development site * Extending the existing services in the verge adjacent to the road * Extending the existing highway drainage * Placing and spreading excavated material within the site boundary * Exclusion measures at completion, concrete blockers to prevent unwanted vehicle access Additional information: The opportunity can be accessed via the Homes England eTendering system. Tenderers wishing to be considered for this contract must register their expression of interest and submit a tender through Homes Englands eTendering system.
