Although significant progress has been made over the years on this key leisure are (e.g. Scarborough's Alpamare Waterpark and Spa, Scarborough Open Air Theatre etc.) the Council is seeking to prepare a comprehensive masterplan for the future of the former "Sands" development site and the wider North Bay area.
