WC1368577 / IMS No: 1374427 - AYN- CIDP Tool: 109995- Provision of Lightning Protection System - Trenchard & Mercury Barracks HSW areas * Please provide a detailed description of the notice you are adding: The project involves the installation of lightning protection system to approximately 15 buildings and structures within Ayios Nikolaos HSW (High Security Works) areas, including horizontal and vertical conductors, earthing boreholes and air termination systems. The work shall also include all necessary excavations and reinstatement of the affected areas to connect new systems to existing facilities. Access to HSW areas have several restrictions that should be complied with as follows: All persons entering these areas should have a valid security pass. Such pass can only be provided to Greek Cypriots, Turkish Cypriots or UK nationals. Persons working on site will be escorted throughout the duration of the project No mobile phones or other electronic devices will be permitted on site during the works. The Provisional Key Tender dates for the project are as follows: Expression of interest: 20/12/24 Expression of interest return: 17/1/25 Invitation to Tender: 3/2/25 Tender Return Date: 24/3/25 Contract award: 25/7/25 Commencement of work: 11/9/25 Completion of work: 15/1/26 The currency of this project is Euro (EUR). The location of this project is Cyprus (British Forces, Ayios Nikolaos) Additional information: Work commencement and completion dates will be subject to MOD DIO's agreement, as they will be dictated by the Operating Authority to avoid Operational Restrictions
