Refurbishment of communal kitchens at David Moxon and Chantry Student Residences
Notice Description
The contract has been awarded and this notice is for transparency purposes only. Appointment of a Main Contractor to work under a JCT Intermediate with Contractors Design 2016 agreement to carry out refurbishment of communal kitchens at the David Moxon and Chantry student residences Additional information: This is the award notice for an opportunity notice which was published on Contract Finder on 10.04.17. Please note that as per the original ITT, the University reserved the right to vary the number of kitchens to be completed by up to 50% dependant upon budget availability following award. The initial contract value of PS122,170 submitted by the winning supplier was based on the 10 kitchens in the ITT specification and used for evaluation purposes to ensure fair comparison against all other bidders. Following award of contract and subsequent review of available budget, the University has elected to increase the number of kitchens to be refurbished from 10 to 12 and the final contract award value of PS141,723 reflects this.
