The site extends to approximately 0.28 hectares (0.56 acres). The Register Office has a gross internal area of approximately 612.24 sq m (6,590 sq ft). The site is adjacent to the New Beetwell Street Multi Storey Car Park providing over 450 spaces. In principle and subject to planning, the site is suitable for a range of uses including residential, commercial office, community uses, healthcare or other institutional uses. The site could also be suitable for retail or food and drink use of approximately limited scale.
