This requirement covers the provision of services to undertake the cleaning of the UKHOs Bridgwater site including the following: *Floors *Light fittings (and acoustic buffers if applicable) *Staircases and landings *Walls, doors and window frames *Desks, management office areas and meeting rooms *Kitchen and welfare points *Furniture, blinds and soft furnishings *Toilet areas *External areas *Welfare accommodation *Window cleaning - internal and external (including ledges, sills, frames etc.) Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
