Description: The Council wishes to appoint suitably qualified organisations to provide professional valuation services across its corporate property & housing estate. The contracts require RICS accredited firms to provide a range of services including right to buy valuations, residential acquisition services & general valuation advice and services. The Contract and tender has been separated into three distinct "lots" as follows:- * Lot 1 Right to Buy Valuations * Lot 2 Residential Acquisition Advice * Lot 3 General Advice & Support Two suppliers will be appointed to Lot 1. The anticipated contract start date is: Monday, 02 October 2017 The estimated value of the contract is: Lot 1 Right to Buy Valuations PS300,000 Total Cost Lot 2 Residential Acquisition Advice PS400,000 - PS540,000 Total Cost Lot 3 General Advice & Support PS400,000 - PS600,000 Total Cost For a period of: 48 months
