A Framework contract (NHS-SBS Construction Services 2 Framework) for Building Condition Surveys for a single year via the Framework (Lot 7) for Consultancy Services practice Ingleton Wood who are identified as Consultants that can be used within the Framework Contract. This will be by way of a Direct Award to supply condition surveys for one year only. Future years will be awarded by competition.
