Notice Description

The Council wishes to develop a defunct block of garages adjacent to Brent Court and are seeking a successful planning permission for a residential development on the site. The council is looking to commission architectural services to produce a comprehensive package of drawings and specifications up to RIBA stage 3 and submit a detailed planning application for this scheme. An indicative proposal has been drawn up to provide 60 dwellings over six floors and an additional two storeys of parking. Only the existing garage blocks within the boundary will be demolished. Please note the deadline for returns and allow sufficient time to make your return as late returns will not be permitted.
