This variation is being issued to extend the contract between the Authority and the Supplier. The Terms and Conditions of the Contract as previously agreed and amended between the Authority and the Supplier will still apply but with the following amendments: - The contract duration has been extended by six months and the new contract expiry date will be the 13th June 2022. - There are no further changes to the existing contract
