Provision of Fire Risk Assessments PIN

Notice Description

The purpose of this Prior Information Notice (PIN) is for market testing to ensure there are a number of suitably qualified and experienced providers interested in this opportunity when it is tendered. Radian requires a contractor to provide fire risk assessments (FRAs) in compliance with the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005. The contractor will complete new and review existing FRAs using a recognised standard such as PAS 79:2012 or equivalent. The risk to be assessed is 'risk to life'. Additional information: https://in-tendhost.co.uk/radian/aspx/ The procurement PIN document is available for unrestricted and full direct access, free of charge, at: https://in-tendhost.co.uk/radian/aspx/ Interested parties will need to register their interest in the project on In-Tend (our e-tendering portal) to gain access to the PIN document.
