The Blackpool Early Years Speech, Language and Communication (SLC) vision aims to promote positive outcomes for young children and families by ensuring that all children have every opportunity to become confident and skilful communicators. It is a plan that empowers parents, and all other adults who nurture and educate children in Blackpool. The successful applicant will be expected to work closely with the Specialist service which is delivered by NHS Blackpool Teaching Hospitals.
