Fire Risk Assessment Consultancy
Notice Description
The Guinness Partnership ("Guinness") is intending to conduct a tender later this year to appoint a consultant to provide Fire Risk Assessment (FRA) consultancy services. This will primarily be for the provision of routine Type 1 & 3 FRAs for all of our relevant stock, as well as Type 4 surveys from a later date. Suppliers in this sphere will be well aware of the current importance of fire safety within the housing sector and although not a core part of the service, there is potential for the appointed consultant to be involved in broader conversations around fire safety issues in construction and reviews of the fire strategy for new development proposals. Any suppliers wishing to find out more should refer to the procurement documents which are available via https://procontract.due-north.com. Registration is free.
