Notice Description
Colchester Borough Council (the Council) wishes to commission a contractor to construct a two storey community centre and undertake associated external works in Mill Road, Colchester. Full details of the requirements are detailed within the Specification and associated documents. Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement. Site visits will be arranged for the 26th and 27th May 2022, by appointment only. Full details are detailed in tender documents.
