Notice Description

The Forestry Commission is inviting tenders for the supply, delivery and installation of a refurbishment of a grade II listed single storey barn into an artist studio. The project briefly comprises of, remove existing block paved floor, supply and install (S&I) a fully damp proof membrane concrete floor with screed finish. Re-fix existing roof tiles to existing roof where breakages or daylight can be viewed, S&I kingspan (or similar) 100mm insulation to ceiling, plaster board over and decorate in matt white paint. S&I electrical system from existing fuse board including lighting. S&I internal pvc glazed doors that shall act as the main entrance point to 10.No. arches. S&I half round 112mm guttering to both eaves. S&I kitchenette. Please express your interest in this tender to Simon Mills at the Sherwood office by email by the 11th of May 2018 to allow us to notify you of any questions and answers we may receive.
