City Of London Project Manager (Construction) Framework

Notice Description

The City of London (The City) wishes to procure a Project Management (Construction) framework to support the delivery of construction related projects for various sites owned and/or managed by the City. The framework will be made up of two lots Lot 1 - Consultancy for works projects with a fee value between PS100,000 and PS325,000 and Lot 2 - Consultancy for works projects with a fee value between PS326,000 and PS1,500,000. Additional information: The estimated contract value given is for the full duration of the Framework and is estimated to be between PS12m and PS32m including the maximum possible extensions. The value is based on historical demand for construction projects. This is not a guarantee of demand or future value. The estimated annual contract value is between PS3m-PS8m. For the purpose of evaluation, the City envisages that a Supplier on the framework will manage on upto 4 projects per year. Based on the historic average value of contracts the annual value of contracts to be managed per Supplier is estimated to be PS797,000 for Lot 1 and PS1,800,000 for Lot 2.
