Notice Description

The Money Advice Service (MAS) is looking to appoint an agency to provide them with Video and Animation Production services. The Agency must be able to create videos & animation on a variety of financial topics. Video and animation usage could include: - 1. Digital and social Filming and packaging/reversioning appropriately for medium, subtitles, filming subject matter experts, producing films/animation to explain complex money matters simply. 2. Corporate communications Filming events, talking heads, interviews, corporate films, brand films, internal communications, case studies, facts and figures explained animations. 3. Media and PR Interviews, events, photo calls, sound bites, filming spokespeople. Additional information: The MAS considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement. The DEADLINE for the receipt of BID RESPONSES for this Invitation to Tender is Friday 11th May 2018 at 12.00 noon. Suppliers must read through the set of instructions provided and follow the process to respond to this opportunity. The information and documents for this opportunity are now available on the MAS Bravo esourcing portal. You must register on the Bravo portal to respond, if you are already registered you will not need to register again, simply use your existing username and password.
