Wigan Council will run a mini competition from 'Lot 12 - Multi Disciplinary Team and Ancillary Services' from the NHS Shared Business Services procurement framework. This brief sets out the services to be provided by the Consultant and describes the fundamental aims of the mini refurbishment scheme
