This amendment relates to a time extension of 12 months, the inclusion of a break point on the 28th February 2021, the overall increase of PS905,506 to the Financial Limit (comprising of a PS466,323 underspend up to 31st May 2020 and an increase of PS1,371,829 to cover the extension period up to 31st May 2021), and the inclusion of revised Commercial Pro Formas. Changes to the specified Key Personnel are also set out within the amendment.
