The Council is looking to contract for Cherwell Service Management (CSM) concurrent user licence subscription only. The contract is not to procure a new system or solution, it is solely for the licence subscription on the system it has previously procured. The contract for development/configuration works is a separate arrangement with a wider supplier market and was procured via an open tender.
