Summary of the contracting process

The NHS Scarborough & Ryedale Clinical Commissioning Group (CCG), represented by the eMBED Health Consortium, is in the planning stage of a procurement process titled "Community Services - MCP Model". This initiative is classified under the health and social work services category and targets the Yorkshire and the Humber region in the United Kingdom. The engagement end date for interested parties is set for 23rd February 2018, and this tender outlines the intention to commission a multi-speciality community provider model for a variety of community-based health and care services.

This tender presents significant opportunities for businesses seeking to expand in the healthcare sector. Companies that specialise in delivering integrated community health and social care services, particularly those familiar with NHS England contracts, would be well-positioned to compete. The potential for partnerships with local authorities, such as North Yorkshire County Council, may also create avenues for growth, especially for organisations looking to enhance service delivery within integrated care frameworks.
