CCC are looking for a development consultancy consortium to include an experienced commercial advisor in development viability, retail, office, hospitality and event space evaluation and funding. The development consultancy consortium is expected to develop proposals for Civic Quarter that includes: 1. Options appraisals and viability 2. Project funding, investment structure, income, expenditure and capital 3. Design proposals to RIBA 2 4. To maximise valuable commercial use including office and Civic functions (Guildhall), music venue (Corn Exchange) and the Market. To include for a review of long term operating costs as part of the evaluation and options appraisal 5. Core CCC requirements as outline in tender documents
