Notice Description

The final date and time for the submission of bids is Wednesday 21st July 2021 at 11:00. DO NOT apply directly to the buyer. Brief Description of Requirement UKRI Natural Environment Research Council is an independent, non-departmental public of Department for Business, Energy & Industrial Strategy (BEIS). NERC's Head Office is in Polaris House in Swindon and is out of scope of this contract. NERC have two main components: * The British Antarctic Survey based in Cambridgeshire * The British Geological Survey based in Nottinghamshire The British Geological Survey (BGS) has a requirement for; Meat, Fruit, Vegetables, Dairy, Dry, Frozen, Chilled food products and disposables supplies for the in-house catering service at its Headquarters in Keyworth, Nottingham, NG12 5GG. BGS as a public sector organisation is mandated to approach the market to seek the best possible value for money for the public purse. The new contract will be let for a period of 2 years with an option to extend for a further 12 months. Please ensure you review all attached information to ensure a full understanding of this requirement. All attachments can be found with the Document Uploads tab within the Delta eSourcing Portal. This contract will be awarded based on the evaluation criteria as set out in the ITQ document.
