NOTE: This notice was updated on 07 August 2018 for the following reason: The end date for the work to be completed has been amended to correctly read 28th June 2019.T1154 should collate, review and critically assess the application of contingency plans, control staff competence, and stock and crew utilisation during disruption. This work will likely include a desk-based review, data analysis and industry consultation to achieve the work package objectives (WP). Industry consultation is envisaged to include site visits (e.g. control centre, depot) and engaging an industry working group to review and validate the outputs of each WP. The working group will comprise key industry representatives, including NR Route control manager, NR incident officer, TOC duty ops manager, TOC train service manager, TOC customer information manager, and TOC resources manager . Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
