GB-Colchester: Colchester Northern gateway Pedestrian Walkway
Notice Description
The project is to construct a large open pedestrian thoroughfare through the middle of Colchester Northern Gateway South (CNGS) site with associated landscaping. The works shall become a focal point to other planned projects around the site such as housing, commercial etc. A full breakdown of the requirements can be found in the Specification. Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
