Notice Description

West Devon Borough Council (WDBC) have recently taken back possession of a property in Tavistock which is covenanted for use to support residential accommodation for homeless persons. Recent survey work has identified that the property is suffering a number of structural defects and that historic alteratons have made the current layout outdated and unfit for purpose. WDBC is therefore seeking to appoint a Consultant to undertake the design, acting as Principal Designer, of a new modern and purpose built facility to provide accommodation to support homelessness prevention. Additional information: APPLICANTS MUST REGISTER AN INTEREST ON THE AUTHORITY'S ELECTRONIC TENDERING SYSTEM TO ACCESS THE PROCUREMENT DOCUMENTS TO COMPLETE AND SUBMIT. ONLY APPLICANTS WHO HAVE REGISTERED AN INTEREST WILL RECEIVE UPDATE NOTIFICATIONS AS TO PROGRESS OF THE PROCUREMENT, RESPONSES TO CLARIFICATION QUESTIONS AND ANY OTHER INFORMATION PERTINENT TO THIS OPPORTUNITY.
