Contract can be awarded for a period of 4 years plus an additional 12 month extension option. Contract term is dependent on how long prices can be fixed. If suppliers cannot fix for this period, please indicate how long prices can be fixed for. Suppliers MUST indicate carriage charges if applicable. Quantities shown are approximate per annum, using historic data. All responses will be benchmarked to ensure the Trust is getting the best value for money.
