Notice Description

Junction 21 Enterprise Area, is a C. 70 hectare collection of 6 employment sites in public and private ownership to the east of Weston-super-Mare, Established through Government City Deal in 2011 it is home to a thriving number of local, national businesses across a wide range of sectors. The Enterprise Area had a brand identity established some 10 years ago, however there are new and significant drivers which mean there is now an immediate need to update and strengthen our offer to businesses and prospective investors: We expect this to be done through: * a new strategy, informed by business case metrics, describing the J21EA story and purpose * development of a toolkit to support inward investment lead generation and investor engagement relating to employment sites. * A revision of brand identity in line with recently developed Weston town centre branding, Please see J21EA Request for Quote 22.03 for further details
