The production of Energy Performance Certificates and Display Energy Certificates
Notice Description
The London Borough of Hillingdon seeks to procure the services of a supplier to produce energy performance certificates for domestic and corporate properties and produce design display certificates for corporate properties as and when these are required. The London Borough of Hillingdon intends to award a three year contract to the successful supplier. Additional information: The Council invites tenders for these services through its e-tendering portal, www.capitalesourcing.com. The tender documentation is only available from the portal. Tenders received will be evaluated on the basis of 80% Price and 20% Quality as set out in the tender documentation.
