Notice Description
Plymouth City Council and NHS Devon CCG are seeking a provider to deliver a service to support clients to have the best chance of integrating into local communities and opportunities to make a positive contribution. In accordance with individual aspiration, this may include access to relevant employment and learning opportunities, faith and community groups, support with maintaining their physical and mental health, leisure opportunities and other non-professional support networks such as befriending services.
