North Staffordshire CCG, East Staffordshire CCG, South East Staffordshire and Seisdon Peninsula CCG,Stafford and Surrounds CCG, Cannock Chase CCG. The above CCGs wish to commission a service to deliver the following services to children and young people inStaffordshire: - Defined clinical management and support for Children and Young People with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities educated in Special School settings; - Annual Review Health Assessments (RHAs) for school-age (5+) Looked After Children; - Clinical management and support for school-age Children and Young People with Enuresis; - Continence Assessments for Children and Young People (aged over 5). The CCGs are seeking that these services will be integrated with other community children service provisionand will be high quality, evidence-based and accessible. Services will contribute to the achievement of the best health outcomes for children and young people who are supported by the commissioned services. In addition, Stoke on Trent CCG is commissioning for the " Looked After Children Review Health Assessments" element only. The Contract is for 3 years with the option to extend by up to a further 12 months. Additional information: If and when this requirement is offered to tender, this will be done via electronic means using the internet. Midlands and Lancashire CSU is conducting this procurement exercise as a central purchasing body for anotherNHS body with whom the successful bidder will enter into contracts for the supply of the services. Any other public sector body wishing to access the contract may do so only with permission from the contracting NHS body. The contract conditions will be set out in the Invitation to Tender. Further details will be made available via documentation and information released during the course of the tender process. Submission of expression of interest and procurement specific information. Accordingly, the contracting authorities are only bound by those parts of the Regulations detailed in Chapter 3 Particular Procurement Regimes Section 7. The contracting authorities arenot voluntarily following any other part of the Regulations. The procedure which the contracting authorities are following is set out in the MOI. As the CCG is a relevant body for the purpose of the National Health (Procurement, Patient Choice and Competition) (No 2) Regulations 2013 these Regulations also apply to this procurement. The Commissioners may hold a bidders event 1 week after the issue of the tender documents. Details to be issued with the tender documents.
