Notice Description

The customer has appointed a single contractor for the Acquire, Design and Build ("ADB") services for the EAS sites in England and Wales (the "ADB contractor"}. The ADB contractor shall be responsible for acquiring the greenfield sites and designing and building the transmission infrastructure on each site. The ADB contractor's activities shall include negotiations with landlords. The ADB contractor will manage the day to day relationship with landlords and planning authorities, including the commercial negotiation of land agreements for greenfield sites. The customer intends to manage the commercial negotiation of land agreements on existing EAS sites itself.
