The University of Birmingham has a requirement for the Provision of Facilities Management Services to the High Temperature Research Centre (HTRC) covering Maintenance and Cleaning Services. The requirements include Management and Administration, Computer Assisted Facilities Management (CAFM), Building Maintenance Services and Cleaning and Ancillary Services. Please see Appendix (A) published on In-Tend, for the full specification. Additional information: This tender is to be completed online via InTend at: https://in-tendhost.co.uk/universityofbirmingham/aspx/Home The Supplier Questionnaire is due, and must be received by the University, on or before the Closing Date as published on In-Tend. Any tender received after the Closing Date, at the discretion of the University, may not be considered. The University reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to extend the Closing Date.
