NOTE: This notice was updated on 14 May 2018 for the following reason: This opportunity has been withdrawn due to a publication errorCatalyst Housing Limited (Catalyst) wishes to procure via this Request for Proposal (RFP), the services of an organisation suitably experienced, capable and qualified to provide support in their Housing Estates Improvement Programme (HEIP), 2018/19 Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
