Notice Description

.Provision for a Handy Person Service in the London Borough of Redbridge to deliver low level interventions and works such as repairs and maintenance services; a hospital discharge service; checks around the home (such as energy, fire and security checks), as well as a first-contact and referral service to principally older individuals at a subsidised rate. The Contract shall commence on 1st April 2021 and, subject to satisfactory performance and available funding, shall operate for a period of three (3) years, terminating at midnight on 31st March 2024 ("the Contract Period"). At the sole discretion of the Authority and subject to the satisfactory performance of the Contractor, the Contract Period may be extended by the Authority in such period or periods as the Authority deems appropriate up to a maximum of two (2) years, providing a total possible Contract Period until midnight on 31st March 2026. TUPE data will only be available subject to completion of the TUPE Confidentiality Declaration form.
